Electoral Roll 2025

The electoral roll is renewed completely every six years and this must be done in 2025. Every person who wishes to have his or her name entered on the new Roll, whether it is entered on the present Roll or not, is requested to apply/re-apply for enrolment using the appropriate form.

How to Apply:

Either complete the form online. Or download the application form here, complete the form electronically or by hand. If submitting electronically, ensure you include your name and date in the signature section and return your completed form after a church service or email it to us.

Revision will commence on 11 April 2025 and finish on 27 April. After this, corrections may be made but no names may be added or removed between the time that the renewed roll is completed and the close of the Annual Meeting, which is on Sunday 18 May 2025.
